Bear Paws (Canada Only?)

Bear Paws

DARE Bear Paws a Canadian treat! Growing up in Canada we ate a lot of cookies and snacks. One of the most popular brands was DARE which sold cookies and snacks in all shapes and sizes.

With the introduction of healthier snacks came Bear Paw Cookies. These little guys or big depending on your hands and age became a school lunch staple almost over night! During university I would pack some bear paws to get me through long nights of studying and early morning final exams.

Bear paws usually come in a box containing six wrapped packages ( two in a package) though there are special editions that come in different weights and sizes. Party packs are also available too. Bear Paws started out with maybe a handful of flavours but expanded to dozens if not more. I ate the chocolate chip and apple flavour a lot. Banana Bread and Brownie may also be original flavours but i'm not sure.

The texture of bear paws is similar to a soft cookie with the taste being not overly sweet. They usually rip apart easily and don't crumble if they are fresh. The flavours  taste authentic and are not artificial. The banana bread flavour for example tastes like homemade banana bread opposed to artificial banana. Bear Paws are targeted as a healthy snack so they try to use whole ingredients instead of artificial flavouring and preservatives.

The price per six pack box varies from $1.50 Canadian to $3.00+ depending on the store and flavour. I would recommend trying them if you can pick up a box or if you come to Canada. Most flavours are delicious and depending on your tastes one might suit you the best.

  1. Colossal Cash Zone is a slot machine developed by Pragmatic 1xbet Play. It’s a highly volatile recreation that allows you to go as little as $0.02 with the bets, and as high as $100 per spin. While this wasn’t a make-or-break issue, it did play a job in our decision.
