Today I eat a delicious Klondike Giant Cookie Ice cream sandwich. The sandwich consists of two cookies with vanilla ice cream in the middle.
The two cookies are chocolate chip cookies and filled with delicious milk chocolate chips. They are soft cookies and can be easily ripped apart and enjoyed with minimal chewing. The sweet chocolate chips make the experience that much better and allow for a delicious cocoa flavour.

The vanilla ice cream is sweet and creamy and tastes delicious with the cookies. The hidden chocolate ripple adds a nice sweet chocolaty flavour to the ice cream.
