Spring Flowers in South Korea

Korea has four distinct season of which spring has to be the best. The flowers start to bloom and the country side becomes filled with beautiful animals and sounds.

Cherry Blossoms


In March and April Korean Parks become filled with beautiful small pink flowers called cherry blossoms. These flower last only for a couple weeks or so but make the landscape so beautiful when they bloom. It is definitely a must for any flower lover to witness this at least once in their life.

Korean parks with pagodas are extremely beautiful when the cherry blossoms are in bloom.You can find many people having picnics and enjoying nature in pagoda throughout the year but during the blooming season the number of people in parks is usually increased.

Many walkways in Korea are filled in the spring and early summer with beautiful flowers. These flowers vary from region to region. So if you have some time to explore look around Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and many other Korean cities as they all boast their own flower mix.
