UFC FIT Challenge ( Week 11)

So it begins the beginning of the end. I have made it through the program upto this point mostly in ease with some trouble but I made it. Two weeks left and I will be a ufc fit champion. The new exercises are a rehash of the previous exercises and are focused on a full body work out. I'm really excited and saddened to be almost finished.

Front View Week 1 VS Week 11
Wow look at my new body.  There is a noticeable difference in the week 1 and week 11 pictures for the front view. I have become more muscular and lost inches in my waste.

Side View Week 1 VS Week 11
My side view shows a better posture and a more defined profile. Also some muscle growth has occurred.

Back View Week 1 VS Week 11
My back looks more slim and my improved posture really shows.

Looking ahead

Two weeks left and no new exercises. I am getting ready to own the next two weeks and get the most out of my workouts. The next weeks will be awesome and no road blocks or unexpected surprises are left in the program. So it will be a good solid two weeks.
